I remember it being very professional and overall pleasant but the explanation of the scope of the position was vague. I was was offered the job and ended up doing very well and excelling but was surprised at how little the interview revealed about the position. I’m sure not if they’ve changed their approach since 2013 or if it was just the manager’s style, but if it’s the same now I think they’d have better retention and talent mining if the hiring manager was more upfront about the scope, expectations and performance measures of the position.
