PredictiveHR interview questions

After multiple outreaches from recruiters I agreed to an exploratory interview conversation, even though I wasn't actively interested in making a change. The discussion went well and then the promised follow-up never happened. It's quite frustrating to make time to meet with someone (at their request) and then not have any follow-thru. All it takes is a quick update or thanks but no thanks!
