The process were really good, not really long and not really short. First I got a call from the CTO regarding my expectations, my background etc. Then I met the IT team and I was able to ask some questions regarding the company or the product. After that a challenge to show my skills for frontend and backend. Once I passed, the team asked me some questions regarding my code. After that I received an offer. The offer was really good, but I declined it. The position requires you to have car, and not really prepared to live in Málaga. For my side was really sad to declined, but the company couldn’t give me any other facilities to avoid this issue work-life balance. I would accept it in other cases. Process really helpful and interviews really friendly.
