The interview process will generally include a rotation of managers. Many unexperienced. You will only have a few MGR. with relative questions regarding technology. Most questions are more "fit" and cultural based questions.

Most Technical questions will be based around general forging process and NDE knowledge.

Interview
Phone and personal interview. Mostly related with past experience on resume and basic questions about the lean and six sigma implementation. Phone interview with hiring manager and Sr. process engineer. Onsite interview was 1:1 with hiring manager, group interview with a past project presentation and site tour.
