The interview process for me consisted of a single phone screening after which I received my offer the next day. This was a purely behavioral interview in which the recruiter went through my resume from top to bottom and asked questions about each of the experiences or items listed. It was important to be able to explain any research or project experience I had in a way that someone unfamiliar with the subject could understand. The best way to do well on this interview is to be familiar with the items on your resume and to be prepared with stories or personal experiences to answer the interviewer's questions.
