I made it all the way to the part of the process where you meet them in person. I had a three hour drive to Kansas City, and met for lunch. They ended up not choosing me, BUT they never had the nerve to tell me. I even called to check in and see if they made a decision. HR told me they were too busy and had would contact me later that week. I never heard back from them again...
