Initial round - just intro call and they enquired abt availability reason of job change etc etc First technical round - One guy called and asked abt latest Android 10 features and he asked something about coroutines in a way like no body can understand and after I was not able to answer it. He was not interested to proceed any further. His behaviour was childish and I felt like he was sleeping while in call Advice to company - If you can't maintain standards in interview procedure then don't brag about your amazing culture .
