I participated in a phone interview, and while I'm not usually a fan of talking, my interviewer was so approachable and professional that it made the conversation enjoyable. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. I met with two interviewers who created a comfortable atmosphere, which helped me feel at ease and not at all nervous. They asked me relevant questions related to the job role and provided all the information I needed to determine if the position was a good match for me. The communication throughout the interview process was excellent, and I was able to choose a date and time that worked best for me. Overall, it was a really positive experience.
