Application & Screening: - Submitted resume and application. - HR conducted an initial screening to discuss background, experience, and expectations. 2. Technical Round 1 (Hands-on Coding & Fundamentals): - Designed a React component based on a given scenario. - Assessed on core fundamentals of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. - The interviewer was helpful, assisting with hints and providing a supportive environment. 3. Technical Round 2 (Tech Lead Discussion): - Focused on fundamentals and a deep dive into past projects. - Asked to explain architecture, problem-solving approach, and best practices. 4. Final HR Discussion: - Salary discussion, offer details, and company policies. - HR provided insights into work culture, expectations, and next steps.

There are 3 rounds of interviews first 2 are technical and 3 is HR discussion. Interview process is pretty smooth and the HR are supportive and convey you the result/feedback gracefully.
