Two rounds of interviews.
First with the Talent Coordinator who asked general questions about your skills and experiences. Second round was with the same Talent Coordinator and one of the Higher Ups (I forgot the position, but I would be reporting to him)
I did not get the job offer unfortunately, but I am frustrated with the lack of communication as to why I was not chosen. Especially, as the Talent Coordinator was pleasant and friendly to update me about the position, delays that occur and etc.
Would have been nice to learn why I was not selected especially in this terrible economic environment we are all in, but as I feared human decency and politeness does not exist when you are rejected.
