Got a call on the telephone to schedule the appointment. Booked it, went in, took a short personality test in the waiting room, and then went upstairs to meet with a manager. He offered me coffee. He made several promises about what could be made if you work hard (they have come true).

They have you go through a series of interviews with different leaders. They give you situation based questions and vet out your ability to sell door to door. They are 100% commissioned based.

Very smooth and extremely professional. Just show your personality, there are no right or wrong answers. They are looking to put people in the right positions. You may interview for one position, but they may think you'd fit better on another position. Take what you feel most comfortable with.

The hiring and interview process was a bit long. It took 2 interviews. I was confident that I would get an offer after the 1st interview, but waiting around the 2nd made me wonder. I met with the head VP of Power Windows and Siding. He was very professional and hand picked all of the new hires.
