The interview process is very smooth and straight to the point. The Customer Development VP does all the interviews as you will start in Customer Development before going to sales. He does a fantastic job of making you feel comfortable so you can perform well in the interview.

Interview
First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.
Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
