Interview
I met with the recruiter first, as well as the person in my current role. I met with my manager as well as the Founder on my second interview. The whole process was three interviews, each of which had purpose.

I completed a phone interview with the member of the management team. The questions were thorough and she also provided a great overview of the company and culture. The email communication before and after the interview was prompt and consistent.
