I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Iselin, NJ)
Interview
The interview process is pretty standard. They ask you questions about how you got to where you are and what motivates you to be better and what your long term goals are. Everyone is really easy to talk to and friendly so the nerves go away almost immediately. Very enthusiastic about the company but rather focus on what you can add to it.
They call and talk to you for a while on the phone then bring you in for a few step process interview. The phone call feels long and value-bringing however remember it is still a door-to-door sales job.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Boston, MA) in Sept 2021
Interview
Easy process, 2 stages, good professional atmosphere. Dress professionally, answer professionally, and have personal goals. Be engaging, don’t provide one word answers, and think about the big picture. When interview is over, thank, and follow up.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Wilton, CT)
Interview
Interview process is very laid back and casual. None pressure feeling. Power is more interested in getting a chance to know you as a person. Want to see how you will fit into the culture
