Fair interview. Three rounds, first contact with HR as usual, then they sent an assessment with 10 questions about SQL, Wind Turbine performance data, and TCP comms, to be completed in 3 days. In the next round, revision of the assessment with other engineers, and the last step is an interview with the Engineering Manager.
