1 - Sent an LinkedIn message to upper management to get a foot in the door.
2 - In person interviews with the Marketing hiring manager
a. They talked about the company and than ask questions about your resume/experience
b. The marketing department is a laid back work environment (should of been a huge clue)
3 - Followed up with the hiring manager and received an answer back, they are still in the interview process
4 - Followed up again and it took the hiring the first time a few days to get back by email and this time no answer. I have a colleague that has emailed them before and the same results, take forward to get back. To laid back and no professionalism!
