Initial Phone Screen, In-Person then over the phone with director as he was traveling. Low starting salary compared to other companies in the area for comparable positions. Not much negotiation with the recruiter.

2 stages of interview with Excel test. 1st day I
Interview with your line manager and Excel test. 2nd day interview with director and HR. HR will ask you how you work under pressure and need to provide a few examples etc.
