Interview
After meeting with the front staff to submit a resume, the general Manager, Gavin, scheduled an interview about a week later. We met in his office in a closed door, one on one where we were able to ask each other questions pertaining to the job as well as get a feel for each other's personalities. We were able to set the expectations we had of each other very easily and it was actually a very pleasant experience.
