I talked to the lady. She was nice. The job seemed simple. The core competency was data entry and haranguing patients to do the co-payment thing. They can't turn you away if you don't do co-pay, but they'd prefer it if u did. evidently. she didn't think I was the 'right person' for the job and i'm inclined to agree.
