The interview process consisted of five stages, beginning with an initial recruiter call, followed by conversations with the hiring manager, the VP of EMEA, and additional team members. The process was well organized, communication was timely and transparent, and every interviewer was professional, engaging, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. I appreciated the opportunity to meet key stakeholders and gain a thorough understanding of the role, the team, and the company. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience.

Interview
I have interviewed a lot over the past 6 months and not one company had me feeling "I really want to join" until I spoke with Postman. The vision, the direction and the strategy were all very well communicated to me but above all else, the people that I will be working with are excellent - both professionally from an achievements perspective but also people that I can see myself working for and supporting me throughout my career. Every conversation I had and meeting made me want to join the place even more, which is not a feeling I typically get. It also helps that I know people working here already and can speak volumes for the quality of the place.
The Talent Acquisition team were very responsive, supportive and essentially guided me through the entire process. If there was ever an example of how a hiring process should be run, this is it.
