interview process was very good and the ambiance was overall good. there were 3 rounds in the process consisting of assesment, group discussion and personal interview. before the three rounds there is resume screening.

The interview panel did not ask any relevant questions to my job profile or to fellow candidates and was on the phone half of the time while interviewing me and other candidates.
The procedure was so smooth. I could connect with HR easily. The procedure was so quick and HR were so helpful. The services and HR's interaction was good enough. The only thing is they should improve the communication framework after the interview procedure.
