The interview process included a few rounds of interviews, plus an unpaid project relating to the job. Interviewers were nice, even the rejection letter was personalized. The project was a little too on the nose, and I am not entirely confident, they didn't use some of it. But oh well- part of the risk of doing those interview projects I suppose.
