I interviewed at Positive Behavior Supports (Riverside, CA)
Interview
The interview process was organized, welcoming, and very transparent from start to finish. Communication was consistent, and I always knew what the next step would be. After submitting my application, I received a prompt follow‑up from the hiring team, who provided clear details about the role and what they were looking for.
The in‑person interview felt conversational rather than intimidating. The team asked thoughtful, relevant questions about my experience, my approach to supporting families, and how I handle real‑world situations in the field. They also took time to explain the program structure, expectations, and the type of collaboration they value.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Positive Behavior Supports (Austin, TX) in Apr 2026
