Once I applied and sent a follow-up to the recruiter, the process was smooth and fast. The recruiter communicated typically in less than 24 hours to schedule and follow up through each round.
1) Recruiter - Reviewed job requirements and how my experience aligned.
2) 1st interview with the HM was excellent. We aligned on the goals of the role, discussed my experience with many of the projects, and his vision for the team. He wanted to focus on self-service, being a people leader, expand to 24/5 team, expand/build on KBs & SOPs. The HM was genuinely excited at my experience and how I checked all the boxes of what he needed (his words).
3). Sr Manager - Also aligned on my managing style, he asked me more questions about my people leadership and experience dealing with C-level leadership. Overall positive experience, and he felt that I would be a strong teammate if we worked together.
4). Client Success Manager - She was a bit lower energy than others but focused on standard interview questions about leadership and cross-collaboration.
Once the 6 rounds were done, I was immediately ghosted for 3 weeks after 4 attempts at follow-up, to later be rejected with no explanation.
