Portland General Electric German Customer Service Representative/Advisor (CSR) interview questions

Interview process went great. There was a phone call with a recuitier then depending on the phone interview they can give you a second interview on the spot. Phone interview was based on why do you want to work for pge and why is customer service important. Then second interview with two supervisor, questions based on behavioral questions with customers and a small role play. Then you can ask them questions. Waiting process takes about a week to hear back.
