2 hour online writing test followed by a 1 hour interview, the writing test is lengthy as you have to write a briefing document for the company and return it within 2 hours to be successful for the next stage

Interview
Had a timed test, then a 30 minute interview with talent services, a manager, and a medical writer. Very friendly people, very relaxed interview - asked general interview questions.
Wasn't picked due to lack of experience.
