Applied on line and get a vide interviews invitation. It requires to finish it within 10 days. I thought I have to speak to the camera and record, but all the 10 questions are written questions , no word limited ,no time limited. Just type word in the area.

Applied the job online and got digital interview invitation on the same week. The deadline for the online interview was in 2days including Sat. & Sunday. Upon the instruction on the email, the digital interview is fast and easy, don't trust this. I spent lots time on this digital interview for both writing and video. Eight questions for each of them. Video only allow to record once. Most of them are situation question related to job. Please be fully prepared for this interview, it is not just easy online survey. It has been one week after the digital interview, I haven't got any thing yet. Maybe I won't. But it is great opportunity to learn more about the position you are applying for and also become familiar with this type of interview in the future. It is very weird when you watch yourself and answer question. It is a good practice.
