Interview
The General Manager David Sweet goes over all the basic details of the job with the victim. Breezes over Salary pay and sets up a ride along date so your can see what the job is like. Your set out on the shortest route so you don't see what a full day entails. If you can provide two forms of ID, a clean MVR, and pass a background check and drug test your set. If you want the truth ask any non managerial employee if working at Poolman is a good idea before you sign anything!!!

Interview
I explained my situation the owner explained the job duties, we agreed, and I got the job. I was asked if I had a criminal record, I said no, it was confirmed and I got the job.
