The process was quite engaging and insightful. It started with a phone screening where the recruiter asked me about my background and why I was interested in the position. The next step was a technical interview where I was asked to solve some real-world problems related to the job. It was challenging but enjoyable because it allowed me to showcase my problem-solving skills. I appreciated the interviewer’s approach, which was very conversational rather than a rigid Q&A, and they gave me plenty of time to think through my answers.
Finally, there was a culture fit interview with a few team members. It was more informal, focusing on how I would collaborate within a team and how my values aligned with the company's mission.
