Polymath has a quite standardized interview process: online test, phone interviews (30mins-1hr, one of them a case study), and F2F interview (can't comment).
Pros:
- Seems to be a v dynamic and interesting company.
- From the outside, some of their startups look groundbreaking. Really loved this.
- People who work there seem to be v competent.
Con:
Most chaotic recruitment experience I've had. In particular, while the interview process has been standardized, getting people to actually show up for interviews seems to be difficult. Eg, an interviewer didn't even turn up for an interview, no apology, no explanation.
