I submitted my resume and about two weeks later I got a phone call setting up an interview by the phone. Then after that I was called up on the phone and asked a few questions questions

Process was not hard took about 45minutes, everything was very professional. they made me feel comfortable and relax. they called me back in a week to take a drug test then offer me the job.
