I had the standard phone screen and based on my experience they brought me in. I was confident thru the whole process, even though group interviews can be hard to read. The place is full of white male, so of course they had to throw in a women of color to make me believe there was diversity in there. I was told this person wasn't even relevant to my position and was very tough, so I don't think they really wanted to hire me to begin with. Just a big waste of my time and disrespect. I aced their insurance test because I came from an insurance background, but that wasn't enough. The lack of respect in the feedback as well just reinforce my suspicion that this is a big waste of time. Also, I get spam emails, calls and mails from them, because I got a quote from their website while preparing for my interview. Awful and unprofessional place. I'd never recommend anyone to ever work there. FYI, a misery salary for you to work nights, weekends, holidays and OT with NO COMMISSION. Yep, this is real folks. Go somewhere else.
