interview process take almost 45 Days. and they deny to give option to serve notice period in my current company to join immediately. Interview level is good. But process is very bed.
They called me for 4 time for interview and just doing time pass in 2 interviewees.

Two Tech Rounds combined with .NET,C# and SQL server relate question.
C# questions are like Extension Method, Polymorphism, Abstract and Interface. SQL server question Join Query, Logging, Performance Improvement of query.

The first round was creating an assignment on reactjs and node. The second round was an interview on google meet. The interviewer asked me front-end questions on angular even when the position was for react. Seemed unprofessional the way questions were asked.
