1. Introduction call with HR and Hiring manager 2. Technical discussion 3. Assignment 4. Technical discussion about assignment 5. Offer It was not too difficult. In every call HR try to make me comfortable and it was usually a conversation about the technologies and approaches. Process is lengthy, takes a couple of months.

About the work I did, architect level questions, basics too. The role was senior mulesoft developer so they more focused on designing solutions and little less on implementation.
