Interview
There were two phone interviews, both with a panel of 2-3 engineers or a hiring manager. Mostly behavioral questions and trying to determine what I wanted out of the internship. Also very informational describing what the work environment and day to day like is like.

Describe a time when you had a underwhelming team member on a project.
After receiving your resume, they will contact you for a one on one interview in the STAR format. The interviewer was personable, I thought it went well. Did not receive an internship offer despite performing well.
