I interviewed at Polamer Precision (New Britain, CT)
Interview
Initial phone screen, interview with hiring manager and GD&T test, Solidworks skills test, interview with engineering manager. All separate occasions and a couple weeks long process. Very unclear on what their needs and expectations were and will discount your experience if it doesn’t match 110% with the exact product they make.

Interview

Interview
I had three different interviews, interviewed by two different persons. I've been asked the same questions all the time. Overall my last interview was a joke. The guy came unprepared. Most of the questions were not IT-related or close to the offered position. In the end, it looked like they were looking for a help desk guy instead of an IT Engineer.
