People in the department didn't seem too excited about their jobs and even though Point72 is a prestigious name their Finance department seems similar to any other operational department at a company.

Relatively simple interview process. Consisted of an introductory phone call, and 1st round phone call, and a 2nd round comprised of 3 behavioral interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. Generally asked uncomplicated questions.
