Point72 Business Development Associate interview questions

5 interviews before an offer. 1 interview by HR, 1 interview by manager, 2 interview by peers, 1 interview by the higher management. It took almost 2 month to complete the whole interview process. It was hard to make the final decision, as other firms were much faster in hiring process, I had to decline their offer before Point72's offer.
