Interview
The whole process took less than 2 weeks over about 6 different steps so somedays had multiple calls. They really demonstrated care and interest to move me through their process quickly. I appreacited this a lot.
It was a very conversational approach combined with use of AI to spec out a service in one of the steps.
I enjoyed talking with everyone I met, they provided me a good view of their work and they all seemed very pleased with the company.

Mostly focused in the candidates problem solving, communication and technicals skills by providing lived experiences that demonstrate each of the asked scenarios.
