      Senior Client Manager Interview

      8 Nov 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Seattle, WA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Point It (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2015

      Interview

I could not have imagined a better interview experience. Point It has a very thorough interview process, but I was met with nothing but kindness through everything. The interview process started with a 30-minute call with HR/Recruiting. After that, there were several 30-min calls with VPs at the company, including a Skype call. Lastly, there were several 30-60 minute in-person interviews with VP, Director and Senior-Level employees at the company. Every single person I met with was incredibly professional and friendly. Each and every person was so warm and welcoming, it really helped me to feel comfortable during the interviews. I specifically remember waiting for my first interview to start, when several employees walked by me and stopped to say thank you for coming in and how glad they were to have me there. It was so unexpected and really started off my rounds of interviews on a great note. I was and still am so impressed by the entire process - from the kindness and support shown, to the level of professionalism exhibited. All of the interview questions were well thought out, and you could tell considerable thought went into each. They didn't ask your typical strengths/weakness questions that are bland and not representative of an individual. But rather, they asked situational, knowledge-based and character/work-ethic type questions where you are able to share your knowledge to show what type of person/worker you are. Perhaps this is why they have such a gifted and great team at work at Point It. I truly do not think I will ever have a better interview experience than I did at Point It. I started the process wanting to be a member of the team, and ended the process feeling like I had gained a new work family. Point It truly is a talented and special group!
