It was a phone interview for technical questions. They want to know how you approach certain testing procedures or methods. The interviewer emphasized a few times that when communicate with the teammates, familiarity of certain terms is important, as one same thing may be expressed differently among different companies. After the interview, they gave you very long time for asking questions and they answered them with patience and suggestions. I felt comfortable with the phone interview.
