Contacted by Viacom recruiter via LinkedIn. Had initial 15-20 minute phone screening with her a couple of days later & applied on company website. Phone interview- 1 hr. long, with Creative Services Manager the following week. Onsite interview with the team the week after. Interviewed with Creative Services Manager, a Predator, and the Art Director as a group for an hr. followed by an hour, one on one, with the VP of Brand and Design. Was notified on final decision a little over a week after final interview.
The team was great and made you feel comfortable. Would be good if they would decrease times of phone and onsite intervew. They do not respond to thank you emails and take a few days to confirm schedule for interviews after initial emails.
