PlusOne Communications Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The interview was easy, you show up looking nice, resume and cover letter in hand and you complete a small test. This test was easy and I scored perfect marks. If you have any common knowledge of computers and how they work you'll be fine.

Basic questions. Digs into whether you can provide great customer service or not. Screened on the phone and then scheduled for a one on one interview. I also had to take a basic skills test(took 2 minutes) and fill out an application.
