I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PlusAI (Bergen op Zoom)
Interview
A recruiter contacted me and stated that they were "actively" hiring.
First screen with HR for 10 minutes.
A 30-minute second round with the hiring manager is scheduled.
The third round consists of four "senior" interviewers from four different expertises, 30 minutes each.
I couldn't speak if I did well. The topics include: behavioral questions, mock scenario solutions, past experience in detail, and more weird questions.
Most "senior" interviewers do not prepare for the interview (HW, SW, EE, and Ops); most of them start by looking at my resume, then asking for a self-introduction with multiple interruptions to ask you to dive deep. After that, there are more dump questions such as "Why do you think Plus is the best place", "Why do you think you will succeed here" and "Why should we hire you" (being asked four times by four different people). After I began to emphasize every detail on my resume, the interviewers seemed to suspect every single word on my resume and asked for details explaining it. And I did get bullied often by the interviews because they believed I lacked "experience".
The automated rejection email was sent as soon as I finished with the last "senior" member. It appears they care more about your "detailed experience" than about hiring you.
I recommend staying away from this place. It is not worth wasting time.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, why you like to switch jobs and why do you think Plus is the best place to work. Because I didn't have time to see your resume.
