A fairly lengthy form with some unusual questions about privilege. I suppose they are trying to weed out those who are not aligned with their mission. So OK, I get it. First call was with someone in HR. They seemed friendly enough. After a few misfired scheduling issues which appear to be related to their systems setup, I ended up on a call with three people - Director of Engineering, Senior Product Manager and Analytics Manager. One person arrived about 15 minutes late. It was a relaxed conversation but because there was no real structure, it was difficult to read. I got the feeling that the Senior Product Manager was interested in the role I was applying for, so I wasn't surprised that they didn't move forward with my application. No real constructive feedback after the interview.
