Interviews with 4 people: Hiring Manager, Director, VP and a current project manager. All .5 - 1 hr interviews. Very personable and care about their end customer. Recruitment took 6 weeks to contact me after the last interview with a follow up with an offer. Then another 3 weeks to get me an offer letter.

What are the most important aspects to project management?
Very straightforward. The people involved were welcoming and helpful with all questions. The process can be slow but it’s because you talk with multiple people at different layers of the job track you apply for.

Screening call with HR, follow up with hiring manager. The initial call was pretty standard, but questions on salary expectation were hard as they do not provide a range first. Manager interview was simple, they seemed rushed in the process
