Short, simple, hired immediately after interview. Asked previous restaurant any experience and why did I apply to pluckers. Casual and not intimidating, on boarding process was quick and training was around a week to a week and a half

It feels like a police interrogation interview. Tell us everything you want us to “hear0 but nothing seems genuine and natural. The tone and energy of the energy was very soulless and seemed mundane. They are looking for another individual to walk over. If you have high standards for yourself look in other professional roles. This is a great starter job but nothing more.

Easy, straightforward, and smooth.
They did not complicate things, and I had a great experience.
They accepted me right after the interview and invited me to the orientation.
Unfortunately, I had to decline since I don't prefer to serve alcohol for personal reasons, and it was a part of the job.
