Pleo Marketing interview questions

Hello - first of all, sorry there seems to have been a delay in getting back to you about your challenge, that's not the way we usually do things around here, we appreciate all the effort all our candidates put into their challenges. While we do our best to avoid this happening, unfortunately, it looks like your challenge feedback could have been delayed due to people being away over summer, so we apologise for that. All of our challenges are set based on the job the person interviewing will be doing at Pleo, and reviewed by people they would be working closely with - whether that's direct stakeholders, someone doing the same role as them or the broader function they would be joining - it's a way we can get a broad perspective on how well the person interviewing understands the role and the environment they would joining, while the candidate can also experience what the work they will be doing might involve and assess if that feels right for them.
