It was an okay experience, I applied, filled in the necessary info, and got rejected. It's quite high in expectations. They noted that there is room for improvement in showcasing a wider range of environments and styles.

Interview
The interviewer introduce his team, and let me introduce myself, and asked some behavior questions, and that was all, 15 minutes total, no technical questions, emailed the result 2 hours later. I don't even know why they give me a phone interview.
