Applied to the summer internship program via a LinkedIn posting. Got a response a couple months later. Was interviewed by two people on my team, my hiring manager, and my manager's manager. 3 rounds total. Received the offer very shortly after the final interview.

All asked questions about why PlayStation the gaming/industry, tested my general knowledge about KPI's and happenings in esports, and questions on things on my resume. Had great conversations and received responses to my thank you emails.
